  • COACHING SERVICES: At various times in our careers we all find ourselves in situations in which things are changing at work. Sometimes we ask ourselves if our careers are developing in a way that best suits our needs. Anne provides coaching to help clients identify a direction for their careers.
  • LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT: A powerful method for retaining leaders and enhancing their performance is to provide consistent, on-going development for leaders that reflects the values, culture and business needs of an organization. We work with organizations to create development programs that provide assessment, coaching, and training to managers and executives. The typical engagement includes an assessment package that offers a comprehensive review of a leader’s approach to leading and managing others.
